Basri Vural is a lawyer, expert witness, author and founder of Harmonization. His work spans blockchain law, dispute resolution, arbitration and AI governance. He approaches the intersection of law and technology through the ways decisions are made and responsibility is shared.
His book “Blockchain-Based Dispute Resolution Methods and Arbitration” was published in Turkish in 2025, with a second edition in 2026. In Veronocracy, he broadens the discussion to sovereignty, legitimacy and human agency in a world where data becomes a source of power.
The name Veronocracy and the intellectual framework presented under it were developed by Basri Vural in the book of the same name, written between 2022 and 2025. The manuscript was completed in 2025 and has not yet been published in print. This site presents the author’s work and concepts in his own words and opens a space for discussing the questions that emerge from them.
